Managed PostgreSQL

Status: Supported — managed PostgreSQL attached as an organization resource.

Access model

• Connect through Hostinty-controlled gateway endpoints (not raw public RDS exposure)
• Connection strings and credentials are issued through the dashboard
• Credentials are never exposed through MCP or the read-only Skill

Backup posture

• Storage is required for this product
• Customer-facing backup/restore promises remain operator-assisted in beta — see Backup and restore
• Do not assume self-service point-in-time restore until documented as shipped

Billing

PostgreSQL is an optional resource add-on, billed separately from project runtime. See Understand billing.
